Orders may take up to 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.
All items ordered which are not in stock will be placed on back-order and shipped as soon as available.
Rush Orders:
If you require delivery by a certain date, please e-mail or call us info@necessaryextras.com 1-412-921-1966 at the time you have placed your order include order number and the date your order is needed and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
The customer is responsible for any extra shipping fees such as over night or priority mail.
Shipping: All orders are mailed by US Mail parcel post. If you require priority mail over night please request it before placing your order if you want you items mailed by other mail carriers than us mail there is a $10.00 handling fee.
International Orders:The customer is responsible for customs, duty, or taxes, upon receipt of order.
Return & Exchange Information
We want you (and your dolls!) to be pleased with the items you have ordered. Customers are offered a money-back satisfaction guarantee ONLY if merchandise is returned within 30 days of shipment. Please e-mail info@necessaryextras.com or call 1-412-921-1966 stating why the item is being returned. If you would like an exchange or re-fund we will issue you a return authorization code. All returns with out an return authorization code will not be accepted and returned to sender. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded on returned items. Items must be returned to us postpaid (insure it for your own benefit); CODs will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must not be used or altered in any way.
There a 10% restocking fee for each returned item which will be taken out of your re-fund.
Damaged Shipments:
Sometimes merchandise is damaged in shipping. If you should receive your order and it has been damaged in some way, PLEASE call us at 1-412-921-1966 or e-mail us at info@necessaryextras.com and we will provide you with return shipment instructions.
Canceling an Order:
To cancel an order that has not been shipped please e mail info@necessaryextras.com or call us 1-412-921-1966 stating that you would like to cancel your order and a re-fund check will be sent to you. All canceled orders are charged a $1.00 processing fee which will be taken out of your re-fund. Shipping costs will be re-funded.
Discontinued Items:
Sometimes items are discontinued before we have a chance to remove them from our online catalogue. If you have ordered a discontinued item we will e mail or call you within 36 hours of the order being placed about an alternative item or a re-fund. We will do our best to get you a similar item shown at the same or lower price.
